This is a recipe I adapted, can’t remember where I first discovered it, but my girls love it and its a healthier (and cheaper!) alternative to beef mince…
Add 500g turkey mince, 1/2 a chopped red chilli, chopped spring onions ( I use about 4!), 1 x small egg, salt, pepper and 1 tablespoon plain flour to a bowl – scrunch the mixture together with your hands and make into burgers ( I make approx 12 small ones but you can make fewer big ones! Whatever suits! ) – pan fry in olive oil for approx 10 mins or until cooked through! – Serve!
I serve them with cauliflower rice and coleslaw with a sweet chilli sauce on the side but I’m sure they’d be equally delicious in a more traditional bap!
