Green pasta!

Delicious and easy! We all love this and its such a satisfying meal to make, as looks great too…if you like green pasta that is…!

Put a pan of pasta on to cook Blend a packet of fresh basil, a lump of butter, a lump of parmesan, 1 x clove of garlic, a small handful of pine nuts, salt, pepper, a good lug of olive oil and boiled water taken from the pan of pasta – approx 1 x tablespoon! When you’ve whizzed it all together or ground it in a pestle and mortar if preferred, add more oil and water if a bit thick or more cheese, basil if a bit thin! Add extra salt to taste, if needed! Stir into cooked drained pasta and serve!

My dad sometimes adds a red pepper and cheddar cheese for a twist! Both are equally delicious!
